Bought this for our new kitchen. Many racks were not sturdy or wide enough to cope with our Denby plates. This one can take a plate in every slot with no trouble at all. I used some tie wraps to customise the cutlery holder because with only two compartments teaspoons fell inside the basket. I also removed the bamboo handles as they are a big naff and got in the way of hanging the basket on the end of the rack so it drained into the sink. It’s sat in a Brabantia silicone draining mat.

I spent so long choosing a drying rack that I thought I was going to go mad.
I’m glad I settled on this because it combines matte black metal and wooden handles, so the design is lovely. It offers ample space and includes a cutlery drainer which a lot of other racks don’t. I expect limescale will build up on the bottom eventually so I’m just keeping an eye on that, but that’s to be expected with a black-coloured product.
